Amazing psychedelic fluid images were projected on the quarry wall.
I snuck in late and played the pandeiro and caxixi.
At 1:40 to 2:25 - that's me providing the weird gong EFX :-)
One very hot day, I happened to wander into a sculpture garden that's been restored from an abandoned brownstone quarry and caught a great vibe in conversation with Dean - the owner. He invited me to a drum circle and it was really an inspirational experience. Trust me - usually I considered many of these simply "New Age Bullshit" - but kindred spirits and a serious connection with Nature made this circle something special. This video was done as a quick overview of the event - some of my Turkish Doembek playing is captured :-)
