Outliers - It's kind of a weird word isn't it? Although it's used quite often in geology and statistics, it's less common in regular day to day conversation. To me it signifies something special and out of the ordinary - not necessary an outcast but definitely "off the beaten track" and unusual.

Yes, the title of this tune signifies it's a bit "out of the ordinary". The tune evolves from 3/4 to 4/4 and yes, there are quite a few differing sections as well.
